TEAM PHOTOS and Media Day Info

Important info before you book:

Coaches and Boosters:

Team photos and media day sessions require a minimum of 15 athletes.  If you have fewer than 15, you will be charged for 15 athletes in order to cover LTF Creative's costs.

Please have parents fill out the info and payment form prior to session day.  This will be sent to you after you book to distribute to your team.  If your school or boosters are paying for the session, the payment section of the form will be removed.  If not, it will be added on so parents can make their payment directly from the form.

All galleries are digital unless otherwise discussed.  What you see in your signed contract is what you will receive.

Make up days will be provided for athletes that are sick the day of the session but otherwise, please urge athletes to be at the scheduled session with all of their gear on time.

Plan on having fun!

Be on time since team photos are first.

Be sure to bring the right uniform (trust me, you will want to remember this.)
