MEDIA DAY/TEAM PHOTOS
Media Day provides photos for social media and website, banner photos, and photos parents and athletes will love.
Turn your team’s media day into something unforgettable. Our Media Day sessions go beyond the standard lineup shot — media day photos are bold, vibrant, dynamic images that capture each athlete’s confidence and team pride. These photos feature underexposed backgrounds and athlete details and utilize unique lighting and effects.
We will use our smooth, organized process to keep your Media Day running on time and stress-free — while delivering images your athletes will actually love.
Every session includes:
Senior banner shots
3 custom poses (utilizing various special effects like fog, strobes, and more.)
1 Team shot
Senior group/captains
Professional retouching and image editing
Online gallery delivery for easy access
High-resolution digital downloads
Print release for personal, school, and yearbook use
Coaches:
Please plan on 2 hours for your session.
For 20+ athletes, please add 5 minutes per athlete.
No paperwork or money handling for you to worry about - LTF will provide online registration and payment information
Athletes:
Plan on having fun!
Bring medals, props, your unique ideas.
Be sure to step up on media say so you don't miss out on any photos.
Media Day
PRICING
Each athlete will get 3 poses and a team photo in LTF's unique "Sportrait" style (high contrast and super sharp.)
Minimum of 15 athletes
(or the cost of 15 athletes)
$32/athlete
All provided through a digital gallery.

My Process
1.Fill out the form
Once you book your session, I will prepare a custom form for your team and send it to your session lead. Distribute this to parents to fill out prior to the session (they may need some reminders).
2.Call/Message/Email
Prior to your session we will review what will be taking place, when, and who still needs to sign up.
3.PHOTO time
Please provide the agreed upon amount of time for your session. In order for me to provide parents the best return on their investment, I need to have a reasonable amount of time. Thank you in advance.
4.Delivering photos
You will receive an email with your gallery link to distribute to parents. This can take up to 14 days but I typically will get them done sooner. This email will also have your final invoice.
